About Nkiruka Ezieke

Nkiru is a Learning and Development leader and the Head of Learning and Development at Koins Microfinance Bank. With nearly a decade of experience, she has designed and delivered transformative training programs and culture initiatives that have shaped talent, improved performance, and strengthened organizational impact. She has facilitated over 200 strategic learning sessions across Nigeria and internationally, equipping leaders and teams with skills to excel.

Her expertise covers learning strategy development, leadership development, employee engagement, curriculum design, and culture transformation. Notable achievements include leading a culture initiative that boosted employee engagement by 90%, launching a mentoring program, and introducing employee recognition and wellness initiatives.

Before Koins Microfinance Bank, Nkiru worked with the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), managing executive training and international learning projects. She holds a Master’s in Industrial and Labour Relations, a Bachelor’s in Banking and Finance, and is a Chartered Member of CIPM, a Certified Project Management Professional, and an ILO-certified trainer.
