About Dolapo Agbede

Dolapo Agbede is a DEI expert, Transitions Coach, and Tech and Neuroscience enthusiast with over 20 years of experience spanning ICT, payment solutions, telecommunications, talent management, safety, and sustainable business administration.

She serves as Disability Inclusion Advisor at the Joint National Association of Persons with Disabilities (JONAPWD), Nigeria’s umbrella body for disability groups, where she leads strategic engagements to drive workplace productivity and systemic inclusion for talents with disabilities.

Dolapo is also an active board member and delivers coaching through her Thriving in Transitions program, equipping individuals to navigate personal and professional change with resilience and purpose.

Her impact has been widely recognized. In 2024, she received the Award for Resilience at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Annual Conference and the Grace Alele-Williams Award at the Women in Successful Careers (WISCAR) Conference.
