Seni Sulyman

Seni is the Founder of Talstack, a venture-backed startup building an all-in-one platform that enables businesses to drive better employee engagement and productivity, and upskill their employees with tools, content, courses and insights from top African professionals and entrepreneurs. He is also the Founder of Black Ops, a private network of top African operators playing a critical role in building and scaling great companies.
Seni was previously Interim COO at Bellhop, a venture backed startup in the US, and an executive at Andela, a venture-backed unicorn where he led Global Operations leading cross-functional teams spanning Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, Talent Supply, and Global Travel. Seni’s roles involved scaling operations across Africa, building high performing teams and establishing a great company culture that placed Andela as #1 Best Place to Work.
Before Andela, Seni built and operated a new business jet airline for Bristow Group. His prior career spans across roles at CardinalStone in Lagos, Hewlett-Packard in Silicon Valley and Bain & Company in the US and Canada.
Seni holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University.
