About Dr. Henry Ogundolire

Henry is a practical leader widely recognised for transforming learning spaces across academia and corporate sectors. With over fifteen years of experience as a Human-focused Learning Designer and Developer, he currently serves as Director of Learning Innovation at Lagos Business School, where he drives pioneering initiatives in instructional design, digital learning, neuro-learning, learning experience design (LXD), gamification, AI policy, and immersive teaching-learning experiences.

He holds a PhD and Master’s in Educational Technology/Instructional Design from the University of Ibadan, as well as advanced certification in online facilitation from the University of Cape Town. His technical expertise spans digital product design, web typography, gamification, and proficiency with leading eLearning authoring tools.

Beyond Lagos Business School, Henry is Consultancy Faculty Lead in the EdTech Fellowship with the Mastercard Foundation, working with CcHUB to advance EdTech innovation across Africa. He advises the Federal Ministry of Education (UBEC) and the DRC – Digital Resource Center, Abuja on national education strategies, while partnering with organisations such as Data Science Nigeria, HPierson, and Flexisaf EduSoft to set benchmarks in AI curriculum design and digital pedagogy.
A scholar-practitioner, Henry has published widely in peer-reviewed journals and conferences, mentoring future learning designers and creating impactful, AI-enhanced eLearning solutions.
