She holds a Master’s degree in International Business Management from the University of West London, United Kingdom, and has built a versatile career as both a Human Resource Practitioner and Business Manager.

Her professional qualifications include Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRi, HRCI USA), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM), Chartered Management Institute UK (ACMI), and Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN).

Chinwe has held diverse roles, including HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Consultant, Learning and Development Manager, Business Manager, Trainer, and Facilitator. She brings together her legal expertise, strong client relationship management, and deep HR and business management experience to deliver impactful solutions.

Her career spans both the UK and Nigeria, with key roles at Axa Mansard, Allianz Nigeria Insurance, Reliance Health, Workforce Group, Human Capital Partners, and PwC. Currently, she serves as Head of People and Culture at Qore Technologies, where she continues to drive strategic people management and organisational growth.
