Ferdinand Eruka is a visionary EdTech leader and digital innovation strategist with over a decade of experience transforming education across Africa. Certified in Digital Skills for Entrepreneurs (as both Trainer and Mentor) and Nonprofit Leadership and Management, he blends entrepreneurial insight, nonprofit strategy, and cutting-edge technology to shape the future of learning.

As Learning Innovation and Technology Lead at LEAP Africa, Ferdinand has pioneered scalable digital ecosystems that redefine access to education. His initiatives span adaptive learning powered by data analytics, and immersive virtual and augmented reality environments designed through human-centred approaches.

He has spearheaded some of Africa’s most impactful education programmes, including the Leadership Accelerator Programme, LEAP Africa’s eLearning Bootcamp, and the Mastercard Foundation’s Transformative Leadership Programme for Teacher Mentors.
