He is currently a Senior Learning Advisor at Phillips Consulting Limited, where he partners with organisations to craft and implement innovative training programmes that drive employee performance, leadership growth, and measurable business results.
His professional journey spans roles in business development, training management, and client engagement. He has held leadership positions at Phillips Consulting, I-Fitness Academy, and GIL Automations, where he managed the GIL Training Institute and represented the company as Vice President (Lagos Zone) for the Oil and Gas Trainers Association of Nigeria (OGTAN).
Osebo has led several transformative projects, including a two-year capacity-building plan for LAMATA, one-year NCDMB-sponsored projects for Siemens Energy and Schneider Electric, leadership development for senior government officials, and industrial automation training for global firms such as Guinness Nigeria, Unilever, and Friesland Campina Wamco.
