Kemi is a Licensed Human Resources (HR) executive with extensive multi-sectoral experience in people management, organizational development, and strategic planning. Currently, she is the Director of People Culture Experience and Operations at TVC Communications, where she creates an environment that enables employees to reach their fullest potential.
With over two decades of experience, Kemi excels in fostering a great workplace and is known for her interpersonal skills and strategic HR expertise. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (MCIPM), the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) USA, and the Nigerian Institute of Training & Development (NITAD). Additionally, she is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria, a certified Management Consultant, and a member of the Forbes BLK Community.
Kemi is an alumna of Cornell University with an advanced Post Graduate Certificate in Strategic HR Management and holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
She serves as a Board Advisor for Precious Conceptions Nigeria Limited and Tech4Her Africa. An avid reader and writer, Kemi founded the HR Storyteller Platform to transform HR practices and workplace cultures through the art of storytelling.
