Oludare Shobajo

Oludare is a Performance and Talent Management Professional with over 15 years work experience spanning different key sectors of Nigerian Economy and across the various focus areas of the Human Resource Management function. He is currently the Group Head, Human Capital Management at ARM Holding Company Limited, having previously performed as the role of Head of Human Resources at the prestigious Lagos Business School as well as Head of Performance and Talent Management at Sterling Bank Plc.

He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), a Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP), a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRi) and a Hay Group Certified Job Evaluator. He has extensive experience in employee and corporate performance management, organisational strategy and strategic human resource management. In addition to his Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Dare has a Master’s degree in International Business Management from University of Bradford, with specialization in International HR strategies and Systems in emerging economies. He is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School having completed the Senior Managers Programme (SMP).

He is very hands on and highly knowledgeable about designing and implementing  Performance Management Systems in a live, business and operational context considering the peculiarities of each operating environment and alignment with the strategic objectives of the organisation. His passions lie in Strategic Human Resource Management, Improving Organisational and Employee Performance, and managing talent to drive organisational productivity.
