Olabiyi Olubunmi Charles (MBA, MITD) is a certified training specialist with over a decade of experience in the HR value chain and service delivery across consulting, insurance, telecommunications, and security industries. His management philosophy emphasizes integrity, quality, and service, complemented by strategic thought and adaptability. These principles have led to significant successes in various sectors. Known for motivating teams through clear objectives and empowerment, Olabiyi ensures optimal performance and results.
Currently, Olabiyi is the Head of Academy Halogen at Halogen Group. Prior to his current role, he has served as the Training Manager at Allianz Nigeria PLC, Performance Management Lead at NTEL Nigeria, Learning & Development Manager at Ensure Insurance PLC and a Senior Training Specialist at TechMahindra (Airtel BPO Partner) Nigeria, amongst others.
Olabiyi holds an MBA in Human Resources and a BTech in Pure & Applied Mathematics from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. He is also a certified PRINCE 2 Project Management Trainer.
