Oliver is an accomplished Senior Manager with more than 14 years of experience in creating highly impactful business and management learning experiences for his clients. He is deeply passionate about enhancing organizational effectiveness and developing leaders through innovative learning programs. Throughout his career, Oliver has honed his skills in identifying business issues and needs, and has become a highly skilled practitioner in the areas of consulting, finance, strategy, and human capital/L&D development/management.
