Nkechi is a highly experienced HR professional with a successful nineteen-year career spanning the Telecommunications, Banking, and Management Consulting industries. She excels in areas such as Organizational Development, Change Management, Learning and Development, and Human Resources Business Partnering. Currently serving as the Head of Training Academy at First City Monument Bank Limited, she provides strategic direction for building the bank’s human capital and offers HR solutions to teams within the organization.

Nkechi holds degrees in Business Administration and Banking & Finance from prestigious Nigerian institutions, with additional certifications from reputable international HR and management institutes. She is a Senior Certified Human Resources Professional (SPHRi™), a Certified Human Resources Management Professional (CHRMP™), and a Senior Certified Professional of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP®). Nkechi is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, among others.
