Ibitayo is an astute and deeply skilled Professional with experience in Management Consulting, Learning & Development (Curriculum Development, Training Execution, Customer Experience Management), Business Development, Strategic HR Management etc. He has a strong passion for People Capability Development and its alignment to business performance. Ibitayo is also an excellent facilitator of programmes which spans various sectors. He is very competent in the design and implementation of organisational learning and development interventions to improve individual and organisational performance. His experience spans several sectors – Financial Services, Business Consulting, Regulatory Oversight Institutions and the Public Sector. He is a full member of the Nigerian Institute Of Training and Development (NITAD), also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM).

He has previously worked as the General Manager, Garden Academy; Head, HR Consulting/Learning & Development in Kennedia Consulting. He has also worked with organisations like the CIPM, Institute of Directors (IOD Nigeria), Workforce Group, IBFCAlliance Limited (Formerly IBFCAgusto Training Limited), Financial Datanet House Limited (FDHL).
