Olajumoke ‘Leniola Akindolire

For over a decade Olajumoke has worked in the full spectrum of HR – operations, systems and strategy, corporate communications, wealth management and business development. She is a HR Consultant to C-Suite Executives, a corporate communications adviser and DEI & B advocate.

Her career spans a variety of roles like her current roles as – the National Vice Chair of the PenOP HR Forum, the HR Lead at TotalEnergies EP Nigeria CPFA Limited, Team Lead Communications at WhiteOlive. Her prior experiences include HR Business Partner at ARM Pensions; Phillips Consulting Ltd, and Diamond Securities Ltd.

Olajumoke is a Director on the board of companies like Nukreationz Printing, Seda Media Limited among others. She is a seasoned facilitator, consultant, learning content creator, host/moderator, social impact enthusiast  and writer of a weekly newsletter titled ‘A Pocket-full of Hope’.

She has also been on several discussion panels, facilitated trainings and partnered with organisations/initiatives like –ReadySetWork by Lagos state, Kedari Foundation, HR Expo Africa, PenOp, Kenmaris Ltd (CBN training), FITC among others. Her areas of expertise are – Human Resources, Business/Corporate Communication, personal and organizational effectiveness and Leadership.

She studied International Relations in Covenant University, has an Investment Foundation Certification by CFA, is a member of the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria (ISMN), has PHRi from HRCI, ACIPM and other certifications.

She is a gamer and the mother of 3 amazing boys!
