As an individual focused on growth, learning and development, this past weekend was a real eye-opener at the OLxD - Organizational Learning & Development Conference #OLxDCon23. It was a session full of knowledge, meeting with specialists, coaches, and legends in the field, and catching up with colleagues.

It was totally worth it as #OLxDCon23 was an insightful one, the anchor of the program Ademola Johnson 👌was humble enough to have given us a run through on how the conference came to be and what to expect.

The conference was eye-opening for me. I really had the opportunity to connect with new people in the industry ( even though I didn’t initiate a tete-a-tete with the big guns
