Nurudeen Yusuf is a seasoned Learning and Development (L&D) Executive with nearly two decades of experience in designing and implementing innovative training programs that drive organizational success. As the Head of Learning and Development at Dangote Cement PLC, he has been instrumental in enhancing employee performance and fostering a culture of continuous learning across 10 Pan-African countries.

He holds a Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology and has a proven track record of delivering impactful L&D initiatives across various industries. His expertise spans leadership development, curriculum development, and competency management. With 15 years of experience working in three banks, he led the launch of Learning Academies—a corporate university structured to administer and manage the learning function to deliver bespoke interventions targeted at delivering value to the business.

Nurudeen is renowned for his strategic vision and ability to align learning programs with business goals. He successfully managed a leadership development program that prepared over 400 emerging leaders across industries for advanced roles, significantly boosting internal promotions and talent retention.
