
Dr. Leke Oshiyemi, FCIHRM, Ch.HRC, FITD, ACIPM, MPA, HRPL is an award-winning management consultant, institutional development adviser, HR transformation leader, and executive coach with over 20 years of experience across consulting, FMCG, financial services, investment management, and the public sector. As CEO and Lead Consultant at Rekrut Consulting, he leads complex transformation engagements spanning institutional diagnostics, strategy, organisation design, performance management, leadership development, culture transformation, and workforce capability.
Throughout his career, Dr. Oshiyemi has delivered more than 350 consulting and corporate projects, trained and coached over 20,000 leaders and professionals, and supported more than 400 SMEs with advisory and capability-building solutions. His consulting portfolio includes engagements with organisations such as the African Development Bank, FERMA, LAMATA, Nigerian Air Force, Heineken, Honeywell, FITC, and Verod Capital. His approach combines evidence-led diagnosis, stakeholder alignment, and practical implementation to help organisations build stronger systems, accountable leadership, and sustainable performance.
Prior to Rekrut Consulting, Dr. Oshiyemi held senior leadership roles at FITC, where he served as Associate Director and Head of Learning & Development, as well as within Heineken companies, including Nigerian Breweries and Consolidated Breweries, where his responsibilities spanned HR business partnering, employee engagement, talent development, learning, and HR management. His expertise covers HR and institutional strategy, competency frameworks, performance systems, succession planning, workforce optimisation, executive coaching, culture change, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale capability development.
Dr. Oshiyemi holds a Master of Public Administration in Human Resources from the University of Lagos, a B.A. in Philosophy from Olabisi Onabanjo University, and an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University. He also holds doctoral qualifications in transformational leadership and organisational management and maintains several professional fellowships and affiliations across HR, learning, consulting, and leadership development. His recognitions include the Career Influencer Award (2020) and NITAD Most Creative Trainer Award (2024).
