Gabriel Balogun is an organisational builder, a talent strategist, and a workshop facilitator who helps growing companies build the talent systems and capabilities required to scale.

He is the creator of a “Capability Development System” — a framework for systematically identifying the capabilities a business needs, developing them across the organization, and embedding them into how people work — moving capability development beyond isolated training initiatives.

Gabriel currently leads Global Talent Development at Moniepoint, where he has built the function from the ground up into a core organisational function supporting thousands of employees. His work has strengthened leadership development, improved critical-role readiness, and helped teams close capability gaps that directly affect execution and business performance.

He is the author of two practitioner guides on learning and organizational performance and was recognized as the 2024 Disruptive Enterprise L&D Leader in Nigeria and Kenya. His teaching and speaking focus on organizational capability, leadership development, and talent strategy.
