About Efosa Ajorgbor

Efosa’s journey began at MTN Nigeria as a Customer Care Executive, an early grounding in service excellence that would define her career. She moved to Virgin Nigeria Airways as a pioneer staff member, rising to Call Center Manager and honing the leadership instincts that mark her work today.

That trajectory carried her into strategic territory at the British Council, where as Centre Leader for Lagos and Port Harcourt she used organizational insight to drive performance and lead change. A stint with global franchise FranklinCovey sharpened her craft further, setting the stage for her most defining roles.

As Head of Executive Education at Lagos Business School, she supported the delivery of executive-level training and leadership development programs —before joining United Bank for Africa (UBA) one of Nigeria’s leading financial institutions as Team Lead, Leadership & Graduate Training School. She is presently at First Bank of Nigeria, as the Dean of Specialized Banking Schools.

Along the way, she built a formidable academic and professional foundation: an Executive MBA from Lagos Business School, an MBA in Marketing from Lagos State University, and a first degree in Mathematics with Economics from the University of Benin. Her credentials span an Enterprise Leadership Certificate from IESE Business School (Spain), a Certificate in Sports Business Management from LaLiga Business School, and Trainer Certification from the Quality Service Institute (USA) —complemented by memberships in several international professional bodies.
