Chibuikem Nwani is a seasoned Learning and Development Professional with a decade of experience designing and delivering transformative learning experiences. He currently serves as Group Learning and Development Manager at Sahara Group, where he oversees enterprise-wide initiatives that build capability and strengthen workplace culture. He is also Chief Learning Consultant at Alula Learning, a firm dedicated to creating engaging, accessible, and impactful learning interventions.

His expertise spans learning strategy, talent and organizational development, curriculum design, instructional design, eLearning, and visual storytelling. Chibuikem has developed more than 300 interactive learning courses across industries including finance, energy, and FMCGs. He has also managed a virtual community of 3,000 teachers in five African countries, contributed to multicultural competence frameworks for the National Institute of Wellness, and led the transformation of over 100,000 digital learning resources for one of West Africa’s largest online libraries.

Previously, he held key roles at HR.com, LEAP Africa, Kotivu LMS Limited, and Workforce Group, where he deepened his expertise in program design, instructional design, and L&D operations.

Beyond corporate learning, Chibuikem is a mentor and facilitator who delivers programs on leadership, employability, entrepreneurship, and life skills across Africa. Passionate about ecosystem development, he actively supports initiatives that empower young people and professionals to thrive. His career mission is to bridge the gap between technology and learning, equipping the next generation with engaging, future-ready learning experiences.
