Bukola Adeniyi is a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR®) and a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Speaker, & Trainer.

She currently works at A.P. Moller – Maersk as the Regional Head of Sales Enablement for the IMEA region covering over 45 countries across India Subcontinent, Middle East, and Africa. In this role, she is responsible for developing sales capabilities through learning & development, sales process improvement, and enhancing sales productivity & effectiveness – thereby accelerating business performance and driving sustainable growth.

She has over 18 years of experience across diverse industries, including Management Consulting, Banking, FMCG, and Shipping & Logistics.

Throughout her career, Bukola has held strategic roles in Learning & Organisational Development, People & Culture, Sales Academy, Sales Capability, and Sales Enablement.

Her contributions have consistently driven people development and business growth, earning her multiple recognitions for excellence and impact.

Bukola leverages her expertise to transform individual and organizational performance, enhance operational agility, and deliver measurable business outcomes. She is passionate about aligning people strategies with business goals to deliver measurable impact.

She is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Lagos Business School, Bukola holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering, and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration (Distinction), both from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.

Bukola is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM) and a Licensed Human Resources Practitioner (HRPL). She is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria (FIMC), and a Full Member of the Nigerian Institute of Training & Development (MITD).

She is an Associate Member of Women in Management, Business, and Public Service (WimBiz), and has participated in the WimBoard Mentoring Programme.
