Adebayo Adegun is a respected trainer, executive coach, and organisational development consultant with almost two decades of experience helping organisations strengthen leadership capability, improve performance, and transform workplace culture. As CEO and Lead Partner of Crosstie Solutions, he works with senior leadership teams to address complex organisational challenges and translate strategy into practical people, culture, and performance solutions.

Over the course of his career, Adebayo has trained and coached senior leaders, including Directors and Deputy Directors, across public and private sector institutions such as the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Debt Management Office (DMO), Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), Nigeria Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), Seplat Petroleum, Lagos State Government, TVC Communications, Ikeja Electric, Fidelity Pension, and First Pensions. His areas of expertise include leadership development and coaching, strategic planning, succession planning, culture transformation, organisational restructuring, competency framework design, and process and performance optimisation.

Adebayo began his career in 2004 as Adjunct Faculty at NIIT before progressing through learning, development, and consulting roles at International Data Management Services, Summit Developments, and LearningMinds, where he eventually served as Head of Projects, managing large-scale transformation and capacity-building engagements for state and federal institutions. In 2013, he founded Crosstie Solutions, which has since delivered training, coaching, and organisational development interventions to more than 5,000 professionals, from executive teams and technical leaders to frontline managers.

Adebayo holds postgraduate qualifications in Managerial Psychology, Business Administration, and Information and Communication Technology, alongside a B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics. His professional development includes Organisational Leadership at Harvard Business School, Executive Coaching with John Mattone, and certification as an Organisation Culture Practitioner with Hofstede Insights. He is also affiliated with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and International Coaching Federation (ICF).
