Olumide is a creative problem solver with skills in developing and leading human resources and business transformation programs, implementing strategic initiatives, driving results, evaluating effectiveness & designing improvement plans.

He is analytical, result oriented, with strong interpersonal skills. He possess an excellent interpersonal communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. He is enthusiastic, self-motivated with diverse experience in Human Resource Management.

Olumide, is a Leadership Masterclass Awardee by AUSSO Leadership Academy. A Full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. He has been certified as a Human Resource practitioner, having bagged his MBA degree in Human Resources, from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University. A certified World Class Trainer by Dale Carnegie, from the University of Missouri, with a proven track record of excellent facilitation and presentation skills. Olumide graduated from the Premier University of Ibadan with Bachelor degree in Economics.

Olumide has led several People and Change Management Initiatives ranging from Culture change, Job leveling, Leadership Development, Coaching and Mentoring, Competency Framework Development, Succession planning etc.
