Adebayo Adegun is a respected Trainer, Executive Coach, and Organisational Development Consultant with nearly two decades of experience supporting leaders and organisations across diverse industries. He is the CEO and Lead Partner at Crosstie Solutions, a leading people development and consulting firm, where he partners with senior executives to build leadership capacity, unlock organisational performance, and drive culture-led transformation in modern workplaces.

Renowned for translating complex leadership challenges into practical, results-driven solutions, Adebayo has trained and coached executives from leading institutions including the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Debt Management Office (DMO), NDIC, NUPRC, Seplat Petroleum, Lagos State Government, TVC Communications, Ikeja Electric, Fidelity Pension, and First Pensions, among others. His career began in 2004 at NIIT as Adjunct Faculty before progressing into core Learning and Development roles with International Data Management Services, Summit Developments, and LearningMinds, where he led large-scale transformation projects. Since founding Crosstie Solutions in 2013, he has delivered impactful training, coaching, and OD interventions to over 5,000 professionals.
