Adebola is a seasoned people transformation consultant with extensive experience in cross-industry consulting and practice. She has successfully led projects and workstreams across diverse sectors, delivering impact in human resources, strategy, business transformation, and project management.

Her experience spans strategy development, organizational design, change management, HR transformation, talent and career management, learning and development, performance management, executive recruitment and board selection, as well as policy development amongst others.

Adebola holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Ibadan and an MBA from the University of Hull. She is a licensed HR Practitioner with certifications in performance coaching, change management, psychometrics, and project management.
