Femi Taiwo (F.T) is an award-winning social entrepreneur and transformation strategist. He is the Founding Partner of Facilitating Impact & Transformation (F.I.T.) Advisory Africa LTD, a fast-growing international development consultancy that supports private, public, and social sector partners globally with talent development, institutional strengthening, culture transformation and strategy development.
Before establishing F.I.T Africa, Femi served on the global executive of Trace TV, where he led the group’s e-learning division, TRACE Academia, overseeing its team and mission across Europe and Africa. He was also the Executive Director of LEAP Africa for six years, co-designing programs that reached millions of youth across the continent. Notably, he led the creation of the Youth Day of Service initiative, mobilising thousands of young people in 24 African countries to execute localised SDG projects. Femi has also facilitated learning and development interventions in over 18 countries.
He currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Nigeria Youth Future Fund, an initiative co-funded by Ford, MacArthur and Luminate, and sits on other boards, including the United Nations Global Compact Network Nigeria. Femi holds an MSc in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship from Manchester Business School and a BSc in Computer Science (First Class) from Covenant University.
