About Lola Esan

Lola is an Organisation Design specialist whose diverse career spans media and advocacy, strategic human resources management, and management consulting across multiple geographies.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Management from Queen Mary, University of London, and a first degree in Communication and Language Arts from the University of Ibadan, she also has multiple global certifications in Human Resources and Project management.

Her professional journey reflects extensive expertise in organisation design and development, culture and change management, HR planning, psychometric and managerial assessments, learning and development as well as compensation and benefits strategy for clients in the public and private sectors.

Lola began her formal career as a media officer at the World Health Organisation in Switzerland and has previously worked Phillips Consulting Limited, Cornerstone Insurance Plc as Head of Human Capital and PwC.

Today, Lola serves as a Partner, at Ernst & Young (EY) West Africa overseeing its People Consulting Practice.
