About Adenrele Onikosi

Adenrele Onikosi is a Leadership Transformation Practitioner, Corporate Governance Enthusiast, and Founder of the Ascendium Leadership Network. With extensive experience across Oil & Gas, Power, Finance, Tech, Healthcare, FMCG, Real Estate, and the Public Sector, he brings a unique blend of business insight and people-focused leadership.

He serves on the Governing Council of the Learning & Development Network International (LDNI) and the Nigerian Institute of Training & Development, where he chairs the Learning & Development Committee. A Fellow of both the Nigeria Institute of Training & Development (FITD) and the International Management Consultants Board (FIMC), Adenrele is also a Chartered Director (M.CIoD), Licensed HR Practitioner (HRPL), Accredited Management Consultant (AMC), and Certified Coach.

His global facilitation experience spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and beyond—delivering leadership coaching, corporate retreats, and learning transformation to diverse audiences from over 15 nationalities. A faculty consultant with General Electric, he has authored 10 books, including Mastering the Art of Presentation.
