Ukwudi (Adie) Ogbeche

Ukwudi is a distinguished learning and development specialist with over 12 years of experience in financial institutions and consulting firms. Currently the Head Training Academy, First City Monument Bank.

Previously, Ukwudi was the Head Learning Strategy at Sterling Bank, where she significantly enhanced the bank’s learning framework, scaled various development programs, and pioneered innovative initiatives with substantial positive impacts. She was also the Learning Manager at Heirs Holdings Limited, leading strategic planning for the HH Academy. At First Bank of Nigeria Ltd, she served as Dean of Foundation and Leadership Schools, managing talent programs and optimizing learning interventions. As Curriculum Coordinator and Learning Advisor, she led a cost-saving curriculum review, collaborating with experts.

Ukwudi holds an MBA and a BSc, along with certifications as a Learning, Training, and Development Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Customer Service Professional. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
