Leke Oshiyemi

Leke is a prize-winning Management and Performance Consultant, HR Strategist, and L&D Expert with over two decades of experience across various sectors including manufacturing and services. A globally certified HR practitioner, he is licensed by CIPM and holds numerous certifications including ATD Certified Instructional Designer & Facilitator.

Currently, Leke is the Lead Management Consultant at Rekrut Consulting, focusing on Management Consulting, Learning and Development, and HR Consultancy Services. His previous roles include Head of Learning & Development at FITC, and senior HR positions at Consolidated Breweries Plc, Nigerian Breweries Plc, Verod Capital, and Honeywell Flour Mills PLC. Leke has driven strategic HR initiatives and talent management across these organizations.

Leke holds a certificate in Advanced Strategic HR Management from Cornell University, a Master’s degree in Public Administration (HR-Option) from the University of Lagos, and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Olabisi Onabanjo University. He is an Associate of CIPM, a member of NITAD, SHRM, and a Certified Human Resources Management Professional by the HR Certification Institute, USA.
