Fatima is a seasoned professional with a focus on Learning and Leadership Development. She has over two decades of banking experience, working with institutions like the People’s Bank of Nigeria, NACRDB (now Bank of Agriculture), and the Central Bank of Nigeria. Transitioning from Accounting to HR, Fatima excels in fostering organizational learning and development.
Her educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, an MBA, a Postgraduate Diploma in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution, and executive education from Harvard Kennedy School and Oxford University’s Blavatnik School of Government (sponsored by AIG Imokhuede Foundation). Fatima has spearheaded initiatives like Executive Onboarding, Enterprise Learning Needs Assessment, and is developing an Enterprise Leadership Development Program.
As an ATD Master Performance Consultant, she is committed to enhancing employee performance and driving growth through training and leadership initiatives. Fatima is a member of professional bodies such as CIPM, LDNI, SHRM, HRCI, and ATD, reflecting her dedication to industry best practices.
Outside of work, Fatima is passionate about leadership and lifestyle topics, women’s development, and gender equality. She is also an associate member of WIMBIZ. She enjoys traveling, music, and lifelong learning, continuously seeking new knowledge to enhance organizational effectiveness and empower individuals.
