Bob (Robert) Obirieze

Bob is a seasoned HR leader and Certified Leadership Coach with over two decades of experience in strategic alignment , project management and talent management. In his current position, he is leading a team that significantly improved eLearning efficiency , achieving a 70% engagement rate and training 97% of staff while saving NGN 40 million. His role as Senior Learning & Development Business Partner saw him work in a team that created impactful policies during the COVID-19 lockdown, saving N77.5 million through introduction of eLearning courses and reducing carbon footprint as a sustainability champion by 10%.

Previously, Bob managed talent and employee performance across 106 branches as an HR Business Partner, improving communication and operations for 400 staff. He also enhanced workforce planning strategies, optimizing staffing and reducing hiring times. As an Internal Auditor, he implemented effective control measures across 23 branches, earning recognition for his performance.

Bob holds an MSc in International Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth and a BSc in Accounting from Imo State University. He is certified by the Human Resource Certification Institute and is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
