Dr. Adesoji Ogunsanya

Adesoji Ogunsanya is a people management expert with worthwhile work experience in Talent Management and Workplace Productivity. He has over Seventeen (17) years working experience which spans across Management Consultancy, Insurance, and the Banking Sector. He studied Political Science for his first and second degree at the University of Ilorin. He later earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Public Policy and Administration from the Walden University, United States.

He is also a member of various key HR Professional bodies both locally and globally. At the national level, he is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), and the Nigeria Institute of Training & Development (NITAD). Globally, he is a certified PHRi member from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) – USA and an Affiliate of the Institute of Risk Management (IRM), UK. He currently works with KPMG Professional Services as the Head, Learning and Development.
