Currently a Senior Manager in People Consulting at EY, Chinenye partners with executive leaders to design and implement people-centered strategies that align workforce capabilities with business objectives. Her work has included organizational restructuring, post-merger integration, talent management, performance improvement, reward strategy, and future-of-work initiatives, enabling organizations to adapt and thrive in evolving business environments.

Prior to EY, she held leadership roles at ITEX Integrated Services, TSL Logistics, Coronation Insurance, and KPMG Nigeria, where she developed deep expertise in performance management, learning and development, compensation strategy, and organizational effectiveness. She is particularly passionate about helping organizations unlock business value through continuous learning, leadership development, and sustainable people practices.

Chinenye holds an Executive MBA from Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, and has completed advanced studies in AI for Talent Management and Organizational Design at the National University of Singapore. A certified HR professional and associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), she is committed to developing leaders, mentoring professionals, and equipping organizations to grow stronger through adaptability, innovation, and people-first transformation.
