About Oluyemisi Onyegbula

Oluyemisi is a versatile, passionate and energetic Human Resources Management Professional with a remarkable depth of understanding of HR and Management best practices.

She is actively involved in Strategic development and implementation of Performance Management System, Organizational Development, Workforce Development, and Change Management, Talent Management all of which are Human Resources Transformational Projects handled at several organizations she has worked & consulted for. She is a Learning and Development expert with a positive attitude towards people management practices.

She has a master’s degree in human resources management from Lagos State University and her work experience stretches across Services, Manufacturing, Human Resources Management Consulting, Telecommunications, Sales & Distribution Industry.

She is also an Associate of the prestigious Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) and an alumna of the Atlantic International University where she recently bagged a PhD in Human Resources Management. She is blessed with a son, Akachukwu Inioluwa.
